Care & Support Services Inc. is a Santa Barbara-based provider of person-centered, in-home and community-based support services. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities, older adults, and others who benefit from compassionate, skilled support in their daily lives.

Our team brings together decades of direct experience in the developmental disabilities community, including professionals with backgrounds in direct care, program management, and community inclusion who understand what genuine, high-quality support looks like in real life.

Our approach is grounded in the belief that every person has unique strengths, gifts, and contributions to offer. We work alongside the individuals we serve, their families, and their circles of support to build plans that reflect each person's goals, preferences, and vision for their life.

We are committed to the values of dignity, respect, and self-determination. Care & Support Services Inc. is currently completing the regional center vendorization process and will be accepting referrals soon. We welcome inquiries from regional center coordinators, families, and community partners.
